What To Expect?

In a Yoga Therapy sessions, therapist and instructor Bonnie Young-Turley combines the skills of counseling, meditation, yoga, and thai yoga massage to fit individual needs of each client. Yoga Therapy focuses on the healing and balance of physical and mental health through talk therapy, asanas (postures), and opening of the body. All sessions are by appointment only.
